It appears to no longer be supported by the developer.

It still works okay for me, but I was hoping that RealMac Software would update it to integrate with Siri now that Apple has opened up the Siri API for third party developers. Unfortunately, it is no longer listed as a current product on the developers website, so I don’t expect to ever see anything new come of it.

I will continue to use it for now, but if a similar app, that has Siri support, comes to my attention, I will delete Clear from my Mac, iPad, and iPhone.

So, if you are considering paying $10 for this app, plus whatever the mobile versions cost now, save your money. You’re just going to get ripped off.
