No support whatsoever!!!

Once announced I purchased both versions: for Mac & iOS. iCloud sync: never functional. Emailed Clear support team: useless. Adding new features: stale development missing the train. Selling sound packs for 2 bucks: pathetic. If I could, I would get my money back. Too much time have I spent trying to get it work the way it was advertised. Another app to rip money off. Obliterate!!!
