Clear – Tasks, Reminders & To-Do Lists App Reviews

It worked fine for a while, exactly the app I need — BUT then syncing with iCloud failed and despite massive search online and the help section of their site, no solution was found and I lost 2 hours… thanks.

iCloud problem. "Relaunch iCloud drive and it will work" = it DOES NOT WORK. 10€ for the Mac App. Pointless without the synchronisation. Please fix or reimburse.

I have used Clear on my iPhone for quite a while. Being able to also use it on the desktop is a clear plus! And syncing via iCloud Just Works(™) ;-) Simple to use, perfectly integrated into my workflow, Clear helps me stay - well - clear! Keep up the good job! And looking forward to the iPad version that hopefully will be released soon. I had a little issue with iCloud syncing but the fantastic support of the Clear team fixed my issue in a matter of seconds. I am impressed and will keep using Clear for a long time! Thanks again for a wonderful product.

I often encounter problems with the iCloud syncronization. Even the manual iCloud refresh, described by softerbrain, doesnt help.

Very diassapointing, the Icloud synch doesn’t work, though I tried even the support page tipps. The App is therefore useless, more or less. 8€ donation to the software company, leave your hands off this.

Fantastic App. I use it every day and I like that it syncs between my iPhone and my macbook. Simple and easy to use.

The key for organizational systems is that they should be fun to use, thus facilitating your use of them. Clear is a joy to use. It makes being productive more fun, making it easier to be productive.

Clear is extreamly intuitive, I coulden’t recommend it more.

Nice simple way to keep track of todos. One thing I would like to see is a surefire way to add a new todo at the top of a list instead of in-between other items (keyboard shortcut?). -1 star for popup asking me to review.

This app does exactly what you want, in a beautiful way. It’s not reminders, although having alarms might be helpful for some things. It’s simply an elegant way of creating to-do lists that has worked perfectly both on my phone and my laptop since I got it. It is well designed for anyone who wants their to-do lists to be simple, quick to make, and intuitive, instead of filling in endless screens of information. It is ideal for creating grocery lists and packing lists. I enjoy the cloud functionality now.

Clears awesome UI, simple gestures, and great sounds almost make keeping a to-do list fun! This simple, and well built app helps you get things done. And you’ve always got your list with you because of the seamless sync between the Mac app, and Clear for iOS. Highly recommend!

i love this app, i use it everyday, but i wish it had the capability to be fullscreen on mac. That way it could have its own desktop. Please add this feature !

Changes I make to Clear on my devices may or may or may not sync depending on how the application is feeling at that moment. Which means this application may or may not be useless in any particular moment as well.

This is a must have app. It seamlessly syncs between my iPhone and iPad. The controls are easy to learn, and the software looks very good. I use this app everyday to keep track of what I need to do. I highly recommend it.

When all you need is a simple list that just works. My day revolves around my list. I don’t want calendars and reminders and tags etc. invading my work. It’s simple, when things are done, swipe. If they are not done, do them! The quotes are a great addition, I love completing tasks so that I’ll be able to see what quote lies next! Hoping for more themes :)

Cloud syncro is impeciable between desktop and mobile. so simple. super useful. theres nothing i would do to make this app better. my productivity is easily the best it’s ever been. thanks guys!
